Warrant/Fugitive Division Felony Arrest Report #PGSO

Upper Marlboro, MD…The Sheriff’s Office Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the following felony arrests:


First Degree Assault Suspect Arrested

Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Antonie Rouse of Bowie, MD, who was wanted on an arrest warrant for First Degree Assault obtained by the County Police on January 18, 2015.

According to the warrant, on January 17th, in the 4000 block of Bunker Hill Road, Cottage City, MD, Rouse and another male were engaged in an argument that turned physical. During the altercation, Rouse produced a knife and struck the victim, multiple times in the back and forehead, and then fled the scene.

On April 9th, Sheriff’s deputies made numerous attempts to locate Rouse at his residence in the 15000 block of Pointer Ridge Drive, Bowie, MD, and left their contact information. On April 13th, Rouse called the Sheriff’s Office and after speaking with deputies, turned himself in at the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections.

Rouse is also charged with Second Degree Assault and Reckless Endangerment.

        Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Hector Chavez-Morales of Clinton, MD, who was wanted on an arrest warrant for Armed Robbery that was obtained by County Police on April 13, 2015.

According to the warrant, on November 29, 2014, Chavez-Morales and another male arranged a meeting on Facebook over a purchase of Nike shoes. During the transaction, Chavez-Morales and another suspect approached the victim and struck him in the back of the head. The warrant states that Chavez-Morales then snatched the shoes – valued at $250.00- from the victim and fled the scene.

Upon receipt of the warrant, on April 16, 2015, deputies’ investigation determined that Chavez-Morales could be located in the 6800 block of Killarney Street in Clinton, MD. The deputies went to the residence where Chavez-Morales was located and taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the District IV Police Station.    

Chavez-Morales is also charged with Robbery, First and Second Degree Assault and Theft less than $1,000.
